Generally a good experience. Most carers are chatty and friendly, caring and considerate. The manager is always available if issues arise. Would like to see less changes to the carers attending so a closer rapport can develop.

I have found Millfield easy to communicate with and they provide a friendly, efficient and professional service. Their carers are prompt on timing and very respectful of my father’s needs. We receive the same three carers during the period my father is here in London and this continuity of caregiving is important and of great help to both of us. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing personal care assistance.
