Millfield carers are lovely caring people who looked after mum for about a year.
They were so patient with her and helped her in anyway they could.
They travelled a long way to see her on public transport and sometimes only stayed 20 mins which showed their dedication.

I am very impressed with the quality of the carers who come to look after my father in the mornings. I get him out of bed into the bathroom and when they arrive, nearly always on time and with a big smile, they help him wash and dress. They are very patient and take their time with him. The agency itself is always very helpful and obliging and always manages to help out if I need assistance at short notice. Consistency of carers is excellent.

My mother was very anti having carers, but she really had no choice.Phoned Millfield and they were very helpful, came to meet my mother, with a carer, and after they had gone, she was much happier. She had to have a carer all day and a waking carer at night, so a lot of time for them to be with her. It all worked really well – my mother really liked the carers and their company. They were always smiling, but so caring as well. [The family] really enjoyed their company too. They kept in contact with us, and kept in contact with the doctor’s surgery and any other health professionals they needed to. I would recommend them to anyone else.
