Job Overview

5 days over a 7-day period, as agreed with the manager.

Location

Job Overview

  • To positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance functions of the service
  • To deputise for the function of the Registered Manager during their absence, while at all times supporting the decisions made by the Registered Manager
  • To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice
  • To manage the service in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, the Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practice, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to- time with the Registered Provider

Working Hours

5 days over 7-day period, with varying shift patterns as agreed with the manager.

Location

Job Overview

  • To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Senior Carer/Nurse
  • To support and enable Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual
  • To maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge

Working Hours

5 days over 7-day period, with varying shift patterns as agreed with the manager.

Job Overview

  • Implement actions to meet and maintain administrative and financial standards
  • Assist the development of the philosophy, goals and objectives for the administrative and financial practice
  • Implement action to meet and maintain administrative and financial standards
  • Evaluate standards of administrative and financial competence

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or as directed by the manager.

  • Must pass Secure English Language Test (SELT)
  • Must have either a certificate, diploma or degree- level qualification in Public Health or any other Health and Social care related programs
  • 2 year or more working experience
